The sealing performance of groove valves depends entirely on these aspects!!!

In the past, many installed pipelines had problems with leakage and insufficient pressure in the pipes connected to groove valves. This can undoubtedly be attributed to the poor sealing during the connection process of our groove valves. Apart from this, there are no other reasons or faults.
However, often during the inspection process, we do indeed detect it, but during the construction process, even if it is not done well, there will still be pressure relief problems. So, how can we do better? In fact, the following are enough tips for sealing and installing groove valves. We all know that the pipe fittings that play a role in connecting and sealing are mainly composed of three parts: sealing rubber rings, clamps, and locking bolts.
Generally, when connecting groove valves with sealing function, we need to place the rubber sealing ring located on the inner layer on the outer side of the pipeline that needs to be connected. At the same time, we also need to ensure that it is gentle with the pre rolled grooves. Then, we can attach a clamp on the outside of the rubber ring. Finally, just fix it with two bolts. This installation process is very convenient, mainly because the tedious processing technology has already been completed in the early stage.
The sealing structure design of rubber sealing rings and clamps provides good sealing performance for groove valve connections. The advantage of sealed groove valves is that they are easy to operate, which is beneficial for construction safety; And it also has great advantages in after-sales service in the later stage, with convenient maintenance and high economic benefits.
